The Issue
Voting is essential to our democracy. It’s also important that we advocate for the candidates we believe in. A friend’s recommendation can have a big influence on how we vote.
Encourage your network of friends to vote in this important election – every vote makes a difference.
Reach out to friends and family members who might not normally vote and let them know which candidates you support!
What we are asking
Urge those in your Personal Influence Network to vote for the candidate or candidates you believe are most qualified.
When you have done the Action, please tell us, “I did it!”
The Regular Local Election will be held TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2019
- All voters in the City can vote for Mayor & Municipal Judge. Voters who live in City Council Districts 1, 2, & 4 will be able to vote for city councilor. Voters living south of Hatch in Doña Ana County can vote for three supervisors for the Doña Ana Soil and Water Conservation District. School Board Districts 4 & 5 are on the ballot, as well as the Las Cruces Public Schools Capital Improvement Question and the Doña Ana Community College General Obligation Bond.
- Early Voting is from October 8 to November 2
- Voting at the Doña Ana County Building: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm, and Sat. Nov. 2: 10am-6pm
- Alternate Early Voting Locations: October 19-November 2, Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-7pm
