The issue

The Las Cruces city elections on Tuesday, November 6, are crucial to determining the kind of city Las Cruces will become. Our personal involvement can make the difference in the mayor and city council races.

What we are asking

The Unified Action this month is simple. To participate, you

1. volunteer time for a city candidate or campaign-related activity

OR

2. make a contribution to a city candidate of your choice

Candidates who have come to a PVA meeting to ask for our support are:

Miguel Silva, candidate for City Council, District 1. To volunteer for Miguel’s campaign, contact Bob Hearn at hearnrh@gmail.com. For information about making a contribution, visit the Web site at silvafordistrict1.org.

The above candidates came to a PVA meeting to seek our support, but please note that volunteering for, or making a contribution to, any municipal campaign constitutes completion of this action.
